Kuwait Syrian First Touristic Enterprises Company was established on 19/2/2003 in Kuwait with a capital of 50,000 Kuwaiti Dinar, the company is fully owned by KSH. A limited liability company headquartered State of Kuwait (a subsidiary 100% owned).
On 2/7/2013 have been pointing at the commercial register of the company trade name changes to become Kuwait Syrian real estate where real estate activity has been added to become the company activities as follows.
The company currently owns a 10% stake in Syrian Saudi Company for Tourism Investments which owns the Four Seasons Hotel in Damascus.
The company is seeking after adding real estate activity to own some real estate in the State of Kuwait in cooperation with the parent company
The hotel is located in downtown Damascus near a public park and old mosque in a high level area of Damascus and closed to embassies, business centers, shopping and cultural sites, it has been designed to be distinctive title for visitors and social events.
The hotel has 297 rooms and suites and a very comfortable and widening landscaped that currently provide the best view of the city, featuring all integrated business or leisure furnishings, also the hotel has the best halls for meetings and events in a total area of 1,598 m2.
The hotel include three restaurants (the main restaurant, the Italian restaurant and Al Halabi) , café" Guitar" , library bar, and a sophisticated health club features an outdoor swimming pool and stylish rooms for treatment and massage.
In addition to the hotel, the project includes the northern chain (which is adjacent to the hotel with a separate entrance) has been renamed "Boulevard of Damascus" includes shops and cafes.
